I started to work on this project driven by the need to be able to access my telescope remotely whenever I could not be around. This is a long shoot since I will have first to settle somewhere and then build an observatory. However, I had been working on the software side on how to integrate a telescope over the Internet by using a custom-made client-server interface. This page will soon host a demo application where one will be able to control my telescope online and do remote astrophotography if weather permits. |
